It looks like summer’s final hurrah – a field ablaze with glorious sunflowers, transforming the city in front of London’s iconic Tower Bridge.
But the one-day display of 2,013 sunflowers, which greeted commuters and passers-by at Potters Field Park, on London’s south bank, was actually a stunt staged by Flora.
Commuters who stopped to admire the spectacle learned that there are over 50 types of sunflower worldwide, while a sunflower head is made up of over 2,000 individual flowers.
