Preassembled, mild steel, frame. The toe plate is the second largest and is made from aluminium.
Doesn’t convert to a flat bed but the extendable handle could be locked at any height over a range of approximately 8in (20cm). Light enough to hang on the wall after use.
It lifts 110lbs (50kg), so had no problem with a 30 litre bag of compost. On deep gravel it was easier to pull rather than push. Otherwise, easy and neat to use, I liked the fact that the toe plate and wheels fold flat. Plus, it has a soft grip handle and the frame has no paint finish to chip.
For practicality and ease of use it was the best performer – ideal for taking the strain out of manoeuvring heavy plants or bags from the car.
